Alan Pye and his team built our 4-bedroom home three years ago.  He was a pleasure to deal with - nothing was too much trouble.  The project was completed on the budget and to the date we agreed before we started.
The quality of workmanship was such that three years later nothing of any substance has gone wrong.  We are not intending to build another house any time soon, but if we were, we would be dealing first with Alan.
